as i said last week, i am doing a challenge called Hot and Healthy thru the Holidays that my sister, keely and mamam started on their blogs and i'll be posting an update every tuesday. if you are interested in starting this challenge too then check out keely or mamam's blog.
last week our challenge was to get in 150 min of cardio and try to eat better... basically just being aware of what we are putting in our mouths. i didn't do too bad. got all the cardio in plus some but the snacking wasn't my best... cookies on saturday and chocolate chips with peanut butter yesterday for dessert... oh well. it's a new week, right?
here are some questions asked of us by keely this week:
1. how did your first week go?
good. not too hard for me, but i definitely didn't do as well as i had hoped.
2. did you get your cardio in?
why yes i did! i got cardio in three days in a row for an hour each day.... not my best, but i was busy girl. i'll do better this week.
3. did you try mamam's snacking tips?
i'm not a snacker... at all. but i did consume cookies for breakfast saturday morning and i had chocolate chips with peanut butter for dessert last night. oh well. again, i'll do better this week.
4. did you try the pilates one hundred?
no, i didn't. sorry keely. :-(
5. are you taking this as serious as we are?
probably not... don't get me wrong, i'm taking it seriously but last week wasn't the best for me. busy busy busy. i need to get my routine back for sure!
